Chef Todd

Francophiles take note, Bistro Liaison is proud to announce its latest endeavor -- Culinary Adventures to southwest France!

The previous two tours were such a success, Chef Todd has decided to offer 7-day tours throughout the year.

The Department of the Lot, located in the Province of Quercy, boasts some of the finest truffles in the world, as well as Foie Gras, Rocamadours (goat cheeses), Cahors red wine, country-style architecture, rich history, and breathtaking landscapes. Guidebook writer Karen Brown writes, "the Lot Valley is the most stunning 51 kilometer stretch in all of France." She continues, "The Lot Valley rivals Dordogne, yet remains relatively undiscovered and less traveled. Vistas are dramatic at every turn."

It's no wonder Chef Todd fell in love with this dramatic location. And what better way to spend his time, than to spend it with local Francophile, Barbara Phillips, Professor Emerita of Sociology & Urban Studies at San Francisco State University. Professor Phillips owns and operates the Latitude Cultural Center, located in Saint-Martin-Labouval, France, where she has spent her summers for the past 10-years.

Join Chef Todd on his next culinary adventure as he explores southwest France.
